Baseus Recalls Two Models of Power Banks
Your safety is our top priority. In cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”), Shenzhen Baseus Technology Co., Ltd (“Baseus”) is voluntarily recalling the following two models of power banks:

Baseus Magnetic Mini Wireless Fast Charge Power Bank 2022, 6000mAh 20W – Model PPCXM06
-
Baseus Magnetic Wireless Charging Power Bank 6000mAh 20W – Model PPCXW06
The lithium-ion battery in the power banks can overheat, posing a fire hazard. If you have a PPCXM06 or PPCXW06 model, stop using it right away.
No other models of Baseus power banks are affected.
How to find your model number and serial number
The model number is displayed on the magnetic side of the device. Please see example images below:

Use this form to submit a refund request for your Baseus power bank model PPCXM06 or PPCXW06.
Please make sure you have the following: (1) proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation) or, if you purchased second-hand, a photo of the device with your name and date written in permanent marker on it, (2) a photo of your device showing either PPCXM06 or PPCXW06 model numbers (displayed on magnetic side), and (3) the serial number “SN”, which is printed on the narrow side of the device. Please note that if your claim is approved, the maximum refund without proof of purchase is $36.
Tips for Registration
Enter your Purchase Platform, Order Number, Purchase Date, Model Number and Serial Number to begin the registration process.
If you only have one order with one power bank, you must fill in the order information, click "Check Product" to verify your order and click "Continue" to the next page.
If you have one order with more than one power bank, you must click "Check Product" to verify the first product information, add a new product by re-filling in the Order information above, and click "Check Product" to verify product information each time.
If you have more than one order, you can add each order information by clicking "Check Product" and fill in new order information.
